By downloading or using PrepNest Baby ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

PrepNest Baby is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to help you prepare for a baby. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way.

• The App is offered as a single one-time purchase of £10 for lifetime access to all features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. The price is paid once.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple's refund policy. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
• Future updates to the App are included at no additional cost.

You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID by tapping "Restore Purchases" in the App's settings. Family Sharing is supported.

The App provides general guidance and checklists for new and expecting parents. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions about pregnancy, childbirth, or newborn care.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepNest Baby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
